Product Specifications
We manufacture sintered NdFeB grades from N35 through N52, across four temperature ratings:
Grade datasheets with full BH curve data are available upon request. Submit an inquiry with your application temperature and we will recommend the optimal grade.
We offer two tolerance tiers depending on application requirements:
CMM dimensional reports are included with every shipment. CPK tracking is available across production runs for quality engineers requiring statistical process data.
We support all standard magnetization configurations and can produce custom fixtures for non-standard requirements:
- Axial -- through-thickness, along the axis of symmetry
- Radial -- outward from center axis; common in ring magnets
- Multi-pole -- alternating poles on a single magnet; for brushless motor rotors
- Custom fixtures -- angled or Halbach-adjacent configurations by arrangement
Specify magnetization direction in your inquiry. For complex patterns, share a drawing or STEP file and our technical team will confirm feasibility within 24 hours.

These magnets ship under standard export procedure with no dual-use permit required.
We achieve high-coercivity performance through two Dy/Tb-free technologies:
PrNd-based formulations achieve up to N45SH performance without Dy/Tb addition. Suitable for parts of all sizes.
For components ≤5 mm, GBD technology achieves UH-level Hcj without bulk Dy/Tb addition. Recommended for small precision parts in servo and EV applications.

Price validity and any escalation terms are stated in the quotation. Rare earth price changes will not be applied to confirmed orders without prior written agreement.
Quotations include itemized pricing, confirmed lead time, and applicable certifications. For technical inquiries (grade selection, BH curve analysis), our engineering team responds within the same window.

Yes. CPK tracking is available across production runs and can be provided to your quality team as part of the incoming inspection package. This is specifically designed to address the batch-to-batch Br variation problem that causes inconsistent motor torque output.

IATF 16949 documentation is available on a project basis. This applies to automotive customers with formal supplier qualification requirements, including tier-1 auto suppliers and EV drivetrain manufacturers.

Export Compliance
Dysprosium (Dy) and Terbium (Tb) are classified as dual-use items under China's export control regulations. Magnets containing these elements require a dual-use item permit issued by China's Ministry of Commerce before they can be exported.
For procurement managers and traders managing delivery commitments to end buyers, the 2-month licensing risk from Dy/Tb-containing suppliers is a direct operational liability. Our Dy/Tb-free grades eliminate this variable.
Performance is equivalent within the grades we produce via Dy/Tb-free routes. The key constraint is the maximum achievable grade:
