We manufacture sintered NdFeB grades from N35 through N52, across four temperature ratings:

What dimensional tolerances can you achieve?

We offer two tolerance tiers depending on application requirements:

CMM dimensional reports are included with every shipment. CPK tracking is available across production runs for quality engineers requiring statistical process data.

What magnetization directions are available?

We support all standard magnetization configurations and can produce custom fixtures for non-standard requirements:

  • Axial -- through-thickness, along the axis of symmetry
  • Radial -- outward from center axis; common in ring magnets
  • Multi-pole -- alternating poles on a single magnet; for brushless motor rotors
  • Custom fixtures -- angled or Halbach-adjacent configurations by arrangement

Specify magnetization direction in your inquiry. For complex patterns, share a drawing or STEP file and our technical team will confirm feasibility within 24 hours.

What coating options are available, and what corrosion resistance can I expect?

Standard coatings are listed below. Salt spray test performance data are included with every shipment and available in our technical documentation.

Can you produce high-coercivity grades without Dy or Tb additions?
Yes -- this is a core capability.

These magnets ship under standard export procedure with no dual-use permit required.

We achieve high-coercivity performance through two Dy/Tb-free technologies:

Alloy Composition Optimization

PrNd-based formulations achieve up to N45SH performance without Dy/Tb addition. Suitable for parts of all sizes.

Grain Boundary Diffusion (GBD)

For components ≤5 mm, GBD technology achieves UH-level Hcj without bulk Dy/Tb addition. Recommended for small precision parts in servo and EV applications.

What quality documents are included with each shipment?

Can I request CPK data and batch-to-batch consistency records?

Yes. CPK tracking is available across production runs and can be provided to your quality team as part of the incoming inspection package. This is specifically designed to address the batch-to-batch Br variation problem that causes inconsistent motor torque output.

Batch records are retained and traceable, enabling field failure investigation if a performance issue arises after deployment. Contact our technical support to discuss your specific CPK threshold requirements before order placement.

Is IATF 16949 documentation available for automotive projects?

IATF 16949 documentation is available on a project basis. This applies to automotive customers with formal supplier qualification requirements, including tier-1 auto suppliers and EV drivetrain manufacturers.

To initiate IATF 16949 documentation for your project, include your automotive application details and documentation requirements in your inquiry. Our team will confirm scope and timeline alongside your quotation.

Note: IATF 16949 is a project-scoped arrangement and is confirmed during the quotation stage -- not a standing certificate applicable to all orders.

Export Compliance

Why does it matter whether my magnets contain Dy or Tb?

Dysprosium (Dy) and Terbium (Tb) are classified as dual-use items under China's export control regulations. Magnets containing these elements require a dual-use item permit issued by China's Ministry of Commerce before they can be exported.

With Dy/Tb
Requires dual-use permit from China's Ministry of Commerce. Current processing time: approximately 2 months.
Without Dy/Tb (XHMAG)
Ships under standard export procedure. No additional licensing delay. Delivery commitment is firm at order placement.

For procurement managers and traders managing delivery commitments to end buyers, the 2-month licensing risk from Dy/Tb-containing suppliers is a direct operational liability. Our Dy/Tb-free grades eliminate this variable.

Do your Dy/Tb-free grades match the performance of conventional high-coercivity magnets?

Performance is equivalent within the grades we produce via Dy/Tb-free routes. The key constraint is the maximum achievable grade:

I currently source Dy/Tb-containing magnets from another supplier. Can I switch grades without re-qualifying my motor design?

Whether re-qualification is required depends on your motor design and the working point margin you currently operate with. This is a technical question we can help answer before you commit to any order.

Submit your current grade, magnet geometry, operating temperature, and motor type. Our engineering team will provide a grade recommendation with temperature coefficient data and, where relevant, working point analysis against your existing BH curve. This supports your internal re-qualification process without requiring a trial order first.

Process: Inquiry with spec → grade recommendation + BH curve data within 24 hours → sample set with full test report → trial order with complete document package.
